Reading Analysis
This Personal Holistic analysis combines
the PHS diagnosis with the Rave Psychology
techniques. It is a 60-minute session
that will take place in my HDVC virtual
office.
Healing starts with the body, as a
certified PHS Practitioner, a Clinical
Nutritionist, a student of the
Holistic Analysis Program and a Rave
Psychologist I will give you the tools
to help you realign yourself to your
pre-disposition. Finding out your
correct motivation will allow you
to realign your mind and liberate
yourself from the 3 patterns of mental
suffering.
I
will empower you through this process
of transformation and support you
during your experiment. You will start
eating according to your PHS. Some
of the benefits of following the PHS
diagnosis are:
- a greater sense of emotional well-being
- increased stamina and improved
recuperation
- reduction of cravings for heavier
food
- clearer cognition
